House Hand lets you start and track an account deletion request from the web or mobile app.

How it works

  1. Sign in to the House Hand account you want deleted.
  2. Review the retention notice and submit the deletion request.
  3. House Hand revokes account access and removes or de-identifies personal profile data that is not needed for a legitimate safety, fraud, dispute, payment, tax, legal, or marketplace-integrity purpose.

Cannot sign in?

Send a private request through the House Hand support center. Include the name, email address, or phone number connected to the account, but never include a password, payment card, or sign-in code.
