Safety
House Hand keeps private details protected before selection and shows the information homeowners need to compare offers.
Homeowners post jobs, workers send offers, and the homeowner chooses. House Hand does not assign workers, set prices, supervise work, or guarantee outcomes.
Exact addresses and private contact details stay hidden from workers until a homeowner selects an offer.
Only the homeowner can see the offers on their job. Workers cannot see competitor prices, notes, or scope.
Profiles show worker-provided information such as experience, categories, service areas, credentials, tools, photos, and reviews.
Credentials may be self-reported, document uploaded, or admin-reviewed. House Hand should only imply review when that label is present.
Reviews are tied to completed jobs so reputation is built through real platform activity.
Homeowners, workers, and admins can report concerning jobs, offers, offer clarifications, or profiles for review.
If something looks unsafe, misleading, or off-platform, send it to House Hand for review. Signed-in users can also report from a job, offer, clarification, or worker profile.
